Terrible Moving Experience. I hired this moving company yesterday, expecting professional service. I paid an extra $80 to have a third mover, and tipped each $20. However, they packed the truck so poorly that I had to leave much of my belongings behind when moving to Vegas. Because I trusted the job was done. It wasn’t - there was still a lot left - and no room in the truck. Keep in mind this was a 15 foot truck for a studio. To make matters worse, they left 30 minutes early. When Mitch told me they were done - I believed him. That was my mistake. I should have checked but, he insisted it was done - and that I write a review to release the payment, citing issues with U-Haul due to an ongoing lawsuit. A ongoing lawsuit?? Like serious - wtf? I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone. Period.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Movers The movers arrived later than scheduled and left earlier than expected, which was already frustrating. To make matters worse, one of the movers was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for my belongings to be handled more carefully, he dismissively accused me of nitpicking, which was both inappropriate and uncalled for. The team seemed rushed and showed little concern for protecting my items, leaving me worried about potential damage. After the move, I contacted the manager, Peter, to address my concerns and hoped for a resolution. Unfortunately, he was equally rude and unprofessional, making it clear they weren’t interested in providing quality service or addressing customer issues. I was understanding about their delay and tried to be reasonable, but the lack of professionalism throughout the process was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The moving work was good, but one of the movers, Mitch, was quite rude to my mother who was instructing how some items should be handled to my preference. I wasn't aware until after they left. Unprofessional and unwarranted behavior by him. The other mover, John, was great all around.
