WHITE GLOVE MOVING

This company flat-out lied to us, took advantage of our trust, and left us with a mess. They told us our U-Box order only covered 2 movers (not true) and forced us to pay for 4 more, even though U-Haul confirmed the service is priced per job (not per person or hour). Only 4 movers ever showed up, so we were double charged for labor that never happened. They loaded only light boxes, ignored our request to prioritize heavy items, and left our driveway covered in scattered belongings. Worst of all, they pressured my 60 year old mom (who was alone with them at the house) into releasing the payment code before the job was done. That’s coercion, plain and simple. They abandoned the job unfinished, refused to come back, and blamed U-Haul for their failure. This was dishonest, manipulative, and completely unacceptable behavior. Do not trust this company with your belongings OR your safety.

This was one of the most stressful moving experiences we’ve ever had. The movers only packed the light, easy boxes and left all the large items—fridge, washer, dryer, cabinets—for us to move ourselves. They also left tons of our belongings scattered across the driveway and didn’t load one of the U-Boxes at all. My 60-year-old mom was alone when they pressured her into releasing the payment code by refusing to leave—then still didn’t finish the job. They falsely claimed our U-Box order only included 2 movers and made us pay for 4 more. U-Haul later confirmed that was not true—the service is priced per job, and we should never have been charged extra. Only 4 movers ever showed up, so we were double charged for labor that wasn’t even provided. The entire experience felt coercive, dishonest, and unprofessional. We were left overwhelmed, misled, and physically unable to complete the move ourselves. Please be cautious—this behavior was unacceptable.
