Jacob and Giovanni are amazing. They took great care of everything item. We had a few obstacles to overcome like going down a few flights of stairs with a huge sofa And they did it with ease. Their true gentleman and super patient with us. Karina was fantastic with gathering information and also staying in communication with us and checking on how the job was going even before we were done. Ismael and Anthony did a great job. They worked hard from start to finish. We had a 2nd floor 2bedroom apt and stairs in the house with some heavy danish furniture and beds to move. After the move some of the wood furniture items were dinged in various places, probably should have gotten a larger truck so we didn’t have to pack items in so tight. I think they did the best they could with what was provided.
