Horrible. I booked 2 movers for 2 hours and Dom showed up alone and said his partner cancelled at the last minute. I was told I would only have to pay the one man rate, but I had to pay the entire bill up front for two movers which was my contract rate of $160, and they would refund me for one mover. A week later I had not received any refund. After reaching out twice I was told they would have to refund me via Zelle. They refunded me $10, yes ten dollars, their explanation was a one man rate is $75 per hour and a two man rate is $80 per hour, which was not spelled out on my order. So after the refund it cost me $150 for 1 guy, who took less than 2 hours, plus I tipped him since he had to do most of it himself. It looks like this is how they operate, with the 'second guy calling out at the last minute', since most of the reviews mention only having Dom do their move. I also had a box labeled dishes actually fall off the truck. Obviously I would NOT recommend them.

I accidently booked two jobs. The company only performed one job for two hours and refused to refund the money that both U-Haul and Moving Help told me that they should. Horrible customer service and integrity.

Dom was incredible and very professional! Despite being a sole mover, he tackled every task with impressive efficiency and got everything done. I would highly recommend him to others and use his services again! My complaint with the company I requested two movers but was only sent one (Dom, who did an excellent job!) However, I was unaware of this change until his arrival. Additionally, I noticed that the company did not honour the discounted rate for any additional hours, as stated on the website when booking. Had I received the two movers I requested, I might not have even incurred that additional charge. I appreciate the service I received from Dom, but I would encourage clearer communication of changed plans, adherence to advertised rates in the future and accountability from the company esp in regards to preserving relationships with customers. But again, Dom was great!

Both guys were fantastic and unloaded a full trailer plus a jam-packed full SUV in about 35 minutes. Easiest move I've ever done because of hiring them.
