Leo, Chris, and Kayin were great with loading our storage units. Leo communicated their arrival time and they got started as soon they arrived. They took care to stack efficiently and care to protect valued and fragile items. They took the the time to ensure what was being taken and what was staying in unit, assisting with sorting and moving items. They secured items with the ratchet straps that we provided to minimize items moving around. We highly recommend them to load your items with care and patience.

Leo impressed me immediately. UHaul erred in scheduling labor for unpacking my 2 containers on December 17 rather than Oct 17. So when no one had called me by 11 a.m. today, I started worrying and called Leo and told him what had happened. I moved into my place Oct 15 and was already tired of floor sleeping. He was scheduled to leave soon to help another customer however without waiting for me to ask, he offered to come by and help out for a short time, then return later today to finish unpacking. He and his partner - also very nice - are amazing and went the extra mile today. Thanks.
