These guys were great! I had some major issues with the Uhaul store and the guys stayed professional and helped me through it. The Uhaul store first canceled my reservation and tried to blame it on the movers, which caused an hour delay getting started bc the store wouldn't admit that they cancelled it. It was a huge pain to get fixed which Uhaul eventually fixed but then charged me extra. Next issue was the Uhaul store gave the movers somebody else's u-box. They brought the box to my apt thinking it was empty but nope, it was full of someone else's things. So they had to take it back and get an empty box. This caused another huge delay and distrust with Uhaul bc I could have taken someone's things, as they delivered it to me. I would definitely hire this company again as they helped me navigate the situation.

The team was very helpful and handy throughout the time, and had a great attitude even when we changed the plan which added a bit of work. They were also careful with our hardwood floors and even swept the floor in the garage as they cleared out boxes. Great experience!
