45 minutes late but they did a GREAT job! Very careful with wood furniture. Asked exactly how I wanted things placed into storate unit. Work constantly no break. Only took 1 hour to unload my trailer and place things into storage.

They arrived almost 2 hours late. Which resulted in me having to pay for the moving van for an extra day bc the storage facility closed before we could get there. I have pictures of them dragging my couch on the outside concrete. The couch was brand new. They also accidentally dropped the plastic foot pegs after unscrewing them and the plastic parts broke upon impact. They tried to force the couch out the door, left dents in the wooden door and scratches. Everywhere (i have pictures for proof). They were nice people, just not professional movers

Communication and service were great. As soon as I booked them, I received a text msg. A few days before the move, I gave them a call and got a call back immediately. The movers had a dolly to move the furnitures. One of the legs of my dresser came off though but it's fine... I guess it happens during a move. Nonetheless, they did great.
