If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. If you want to feel less stressful in time of moving, this is it. Luna Moves You was absolutely incredible to work with. From the moment I got in touch it felt like I was dealing with real people, not some soulless corporate machine that hides behind policies and automated messages. Carina and Christian were phenomenal. Carina was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. And Christian? He was like a magician. The way he handled the unloading. He was fast, careful, efficient. He made what could have been a stressful day feel effortless. You can tell this is a team that actually wants to help you. The guys were great and were definitely troopers. My move took longer than expected as my unload location had some difficulties due to other residents in the building continuously using the elevators while they were unloading into my new place. Carina was also very helpful, communicative, and generous. I will use them again for sure!
