Gym Bro Moving

I booked them 1-2 weeks in advance, and messaged and emailed them right away. Took them more than a day to confirm. On the moving date, one of the guys showed up on time and started the job, but the other one got here 30 minutes ish late. They did the job, towards the end, I went to bring some stuff from the garage and ask them to move them as well. I told one of them that I’ve some stuff in the garage and need to be taken care as well. But he behaved in such a way that he didn’t hear it, I went and brought those items myself. It didn’t take more than 5 min, and realized that they have been asking for the payment code (from someone else in the house) while I was bringing those items (without confirming with me that if there’s anything else- we still had 30-45 minutes based on the plan). I don’t think that was professional. After getting the payment code, they offered to help tho. Overall-They finished the job and were friendly. No issues and would recommend them

Wasted the whole day to wait for the mover to come. My appointment was supposed to be at 2.30 and I already given notice to give 1 hour window to 3.30 for the movers to come. However, when I called them again around 3, they said they just finishing up the previous job and was stuck at traffic until 6 pm. after that, I have to wait another hour until 7 until the movers come. They underestimated the time from their previous job to go to the next job.
