I reached out a few weeks ago because I wasn’t sure if I needed one or two U-Boxes for my move. Ana was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. After realizing how much stuff I had, I decided to book two boxes. Ana followed up to confirm my information and, the day before the move, she contacted me again to confirm the time and address. Once the U-Boxes were picked up, she kept me updated with an ETA, which I really appreciated. The movers were fantastic! They arrived on time, were very friendly, and worked efficiently. They packed my belongings neatly and handled everything with care. This was by far the most stress-free moving experience I’ve ever had. Moving is usually such a headache, but this team made it so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Thank you for the excellent service!

They showed up on time, assessed that I need another Uboxes, arranged for it, packed everything in the uboxes in 2.5 hours. A very pleasant experience during a stressful time.

The movers were difficult and made the process challenging. They also didn’t pack the box very well, it had to be unloaded and reloaded with outside help so the items fit.

The movers loaded all my boxes quickly, including the massive ones. I appreciated their (relatively) cheap dumping service that they offers for the rest of my items I couldn't fit in the U-Box. I think I gave them some gin since they worked so hard.

El Roxs team are phenomenal, they are very knowledgeable with the uboxes. They were making sure that all our furniture were protected and covered with the moving covers provided. I would highly recommend them.
