I had such a positive experience with Move It Move It LA. During a rather stressful move, Malcolm assured me that him and his team had my back. Malcolm provided logistical support prior to my move date that helped me pack and plan properly. On my move date Malcolm and Santos arrived on time and ready to tackle the job. I was immediately put at ease with their professionalism. They handled my things with care and thoughtfully packed everything to ensure a safe transport. They were fast and efficient and an overall delightful presence. I am grateful to have had such great movers to help me with my move and couldn’t recommend them enough.

The movers were respectful of our stuff and were able to get all the boxes in our new apartment very quickly! They also were flexible on timing - we hit some traffic in the evening and were able to reschedule to the next morning with no issues. Moving is always tough, but I was pleasantly surprised with how everything went.

Overall, great moving company. The reservation process was very easy with UHAUL online with the addition of the selection of moving companies for loading or unloading according to my moving needs. The price was reasonable and the job was completed in three hours given the location and the entry and exits of the building. The movers were professional, productive and efficient. The payment process was also simple and the additional hour that was needed was able to be added on to the payment very easily. I highly recommend this moving company as they didn’t disappoint given the stress of a moving day. I will use them for future needs via UHAUL and will recommend them to friends and family.
