Great service from Tyson, punctual and was very detailed on the job all my stuff was well packed and loaded no damages I have no complaints, made it really easy to work with no barriers and efficiency great guy would recommend him for anyone thanks again and looking forward in future years to book again if needed .

All I can say is trust the other one star reviews. My move was a disaster, blankets were not used to protect furniture, every peice of furniture was dinged, scuffed or scratched, movers were slow compared to past experience when using Moving Help. The entire loading process was below average. The unloading was 100 times worse. The main point of contact was friendly and communicated well, however his hired workers were definitly a no go. At the end of the day, my husband who just suffered a recent neck & back injury was forced to assit with the unloading otherwise it would have never happened. About 2 hours before the move was done, two of the workers simply disappeared. This experienve was so bad, I would never trust MovingHelp or U-Haul again. You are better off hiring a professional moving company.

I was shocked by how little was packed over two hours. I needed to work at my desk in the room adjacent to the kitchen and felt rude not responding when they repeatedly engaged me in conversation. The person seemed high to me and didn’t tape the bottoms of boxes, filled only three boxes halfway and only one box fully, tossed flowers onto the counter, tried to pack an open bottle of olive oil, and shared several details about their personal life that made me uncomfortable. To my fault, I did keep speaking with this person, which contributed to how little was packed, but it was mostly because I was confused by their behavior, felt like I had to, and wanted to make sure everything would be okay. I was relieved when it was over. The person running the company was very communicative and asked me how it went and I initially responded great - but I was overwhelmed by the experience. I regret hiring a mover.
