While I understand we were their last job, and there was a flight of stairs, the cost was not communicated well, they were not careful at all with my belongings, leaving many items damaged, they left trash in the moving truck, they made up some story about payment to get a tip even though I always tip, no matter what. They broke things, left my home and truck a complete mess, and communication beforehand only happened because I sought it out. The job was done, and they were tired, but I was not exactly happy.

They worked really hard. Unfortunately they bought only 1 dolly which made the move harder than it had to be. We ended up helping them to make sure we finish on time. The boys worked non stop.. We finished on time but we were tired ourselves as we probably moved 30 percent ourselves.

Morning of, my reserved truck was a no-show, so I had to get a last-minute truck 45 minutes away. They flexibly accommodated my delayed schedule and worked hard to make sure my (difficult) move was completed in the allotted time. There were no stairs and no ramp up this truck, but Ricky and Adam were absolute machines, and very professional and respectful throughout. Would book them again and recommend!
