Scam Alert! After arriving over 2 hours late & not answering calls, they said they had been in a car accident on the freeway. We had already loaded our own truck at that point, but they did unload it successfully. However, they said I needed to pay them directly, which I did. When I found out they had already been paid by UHAUL (my credit card), I asked for them to make it right and pay me back what they overcharged me. They refused. Moving is stressful and expensive as it is. Please, spare yourselves.

Company owner proposed I cancel my reservation through Uhaul and pay him directly. Not only would this have required me to lie, saying that I decided not to move, it consumed a huge amount of time going back and forth about this.
