The service provided was mostly satisfactory. Andy, who I believe is the proprietor, was initially very communicative via phone call and text messages. When I needed to push back the time I wanted the movers to come by, he was very amenable to my text message for the slight postponement. I really appreciated that! The movers were delayed by weekday traffic because they were coming from Fullerton and I was in the Irvine area. Andy provided phone call updates, but I did get worried when the two newer estimated arrival times Andy and the movers provided came and went. Fortunately, Jeff and Melvin (brothers and the movers) arrived. They were very helpful in carrying furniture down six flights of stairs. Jeff was a pleasure to speak. During the move though, Melvin inadvertently injured me by picking up an item that slid and gashed my hand. I expected him to apologize, but he did not (either because he did not want to or because he did not notice). Overall, good service and value. 4 star

At the time of scheduling I received a phone call from Andy confirming that everything had been set up - Very comforting when going through a moving process. Robert and Junior showed up early and absolutely busted their asses for us. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, and I was extremely impressed by their work ethics, professionalism, and courtesy!
