Both Justin and Tim were amazing! It was obvious they really cared about my stuff and were very professional. The people that packed my stuff in the truck did a lousy job so Justin and Tim had to work extra hard to make sure everything was taken out carefully. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. They did not get frustrated with me when I forgot my key to the storage place to unload some stuff and had to drive back to my house to get them. And Justin was kind enough to return my water bottle after driving away. I would highly recommend this group. They really know their stuff!
