Bolt was professional and knew what he was doing. Everyone was friendly. Brought along 2 other movers however and it was their first day for both. Was supposed to be only 1 extra mover. Stayed a little longer but charged me for the extra time for the extra mover even though i didn’t request. Was training the movers on the job but I don’t think I should have been charged for both since they were both new and pretty slow. Also price seemed to changed for amount I was charged for the extra time as the move went along. Some of the items that were packed fell in truck. Some others packed precariously. No major damages discovered as of yet though. Very nice people but I think some of the payment and logistics communications could be better.

Excellent movers, great communication, had three guys show up and worked none stop and helped with very difficult pieces into a tight space. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for movers
