The workers were professionals at their jobs. We did have a misfortune during the move, but I am glad that Outlier Moving stepped up and resolved the matter. For anyone that hires a moving company via U-Haul for help with your move, make sure you purchase insurance and inspect your property prior to providing the movers with your purchase code.

Outlier Moving is AMAZING. We had a lot of heavy boxes and awkward furniture pieces that needed to be moved from a 20ft truck to an second story apartment with only stairs, and they completed the job in less than 2 hours. They were careful with everything as well. Massively impressed, stuck nice people and very understanding too. Definitely will hire them again when ever move next!
