The moving team arrived 90 minutes late at about 9.30 am instead of 8 am. I previously added an extra hour from 2 to 3 hours and ended up not needing it because I unload a portion of the truck and packed some things in a second storage unit while awaiting their arrival. I do not understand why I am charged an additional hour for doing their work while waiting 90 minutes for them to show up. To be fair, the team was professional and courteous during the 2 hours of actual work.
