After booking received a call within minutes to schedule time for next day. They arrived on time, but took 3 hours (paid extra hour to them) to load a 15 foot U haul truck and furniture of a studio-1 bedroom. Although they were careful with all the stuff and loaded truck very well, if you prefer a quick job they may be not the right ones for you. Overall still great experience and the rate was good on that day. Recommend!
