This was our third time using Moving Help over the years, this being the worst experience. First two times were excellent! This time these guys were rough with everything! Boxes that were clearly marked FRAGILE GLASS were handled very roughly and tossed around, stacked upside down. We packed everything well, in bubble wrap, and found lots of broken things, leaking things because they broke! Our couch was handled very roughly, fell off their dolly a couple times and they jammed through narrow stucco walk ways rather than trying to take their time and pick it up and angle it through. I had to ask them on several occasions to please take it easy on things. I literally saw them take boxes from the middle of the truck and toss them to a spot in the back on bags of other items! At the end of the move he asked for the pay code, then literally asked for a tip! Rude! Then he asked for $30.00 for gas! It was only 19 miles from pick up to drop off. We were told we had 25 miles with no extra charg

Communicated with me the day before about arrival time. Professional, friendly and efficient. The only thing they forgot were tools to help me attach my sofa. Luckily a neighbor lent us tools. They put together my sofa and patiently waited for me to make up my mind about where to place my sofa. Five stars.
