The Flores Team went above and beyond what I was expecting. They were able to fit more items into the Box than I could have myself as I was starting to doubt and think I had too many things to fit. From the start in speaking with Alex prior to the service day and then from working with Jose and his team on the day of the move -- The whole experience was very courteous, professional, sincere and prompt. I took a picture of Jose's shirt and sent it to all my friends in town to save as a reference for when they need movers. I highly recommend working with the Flores Moving Team!!

This was my best experience ever with a moving company! Jose and Raul were amazingly efficient. They were very patient and made sure all of our things were well protected before placing them in the pod. They packed the pod perfectly and let us add more things when we realized there was more room than we anticipated! They were both friendly and kind.

The team who actually unloaded our uboxes was stellar, but almost everything else about this experience was less than good. They pushed our uBox unloading a day to take on a different client who requested services after us. We had to pay for an extra night in a hotel because of this. They promised a time slot for the following day, showed up 3 hours early, and expected us to drop everything we were doing or take on another night in a hotel and push our move another day later. Again, the actual movers were wonderful but I would not book with this company again.

When the job was scheduled, we were told they could help us to assemble the furniture. But when the U-Box was delivered, we were told it would not be done. It was only for an office chair and a sofa bed. Everything else was good.

They are a wonderful company. They communicate beforehand and ensure that every details is sorted in advance. The foreman, Jose, is a very jolly and friendly person. He worked diligently and happily and completed his work of unloading very efficiently. Happy to have them!!!
