I did not receive a call after I booked to confirm, I booked a few days in advance so on the day before,I was able to get ahold of someone to confirm. The actual movers they sent were GREAT! They were running late but LA traffic but they hustled and got me moved in still on time before my elevator was no longer available. Very great service for the men who showed up. They worked fast and took care of my belongings. I would recommend using the service but just make sure you reach out if you do not receive the confirmation call in advance.
