Unprofessional, inexperienced, slow. Me and my two kids had to help because they were going so slow. It should not take 40 minutes to move a refrigerator. One seemed to be training the other during the move. They didn’t know how to properly pack the truck and forgot to load the dolly. My son had to drive back to get the dolly to unload. We have used U-Haul movers before, will not be using this one ever again. Nice guys, but absolutely no sense of time or urgency. Had have friends come help us move. We reached out to their management and they didn’t care at all. They didn’t even know the names of the guys that were working for them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. U-Haul smelled like marijuana as we were unloading as well. I don’t have a problem with smoking but it should not be interfering with work. Very disappointed.

Hired 2 helpers with loading and I want to give a special shoutout to George! He was very professional and patience and you can tell he is really good at loading! He optimized all the truck space available and made sure our TVs would be safe. His partner was a bit more laid back and chitchatted a little here and there but he was a friendly person and got the job done and even thanked me when i helped move a few things. Definitely recommend!
