Nick and Charlie were amazing, very careful with the fragile items and unpacking everything! Took the time to make sure everything was done right, would definitely hire Charlie and Nick again.

This company, particularly the dispatcher, is dishonest and unprofessional. The 2 movers arrived separately and came 50 min late and 1 hour 15 min late. The dispatcher justified the tardiness by claiming they had a 1 hr window to arrive (not true). They broke a number of items and were not efficient. They worked longer than the prepaid time and after receiving the payment code, the dispatcher tried to charge me for a full hours of labor for both movers via a separate pay service when 1 mover worked only 10 minutes more, and the other was 10 minutes under an hour because of his arrival time. When I called him to discuss the charge, he refused to answer the phone and would only respond to text messages. He instructed the movers not to leave my house until I paid him, and when I sent them out, he told them to take a picture of my house supposedly so he could come by himself. This is a shady, unreliable company, and I do not recommend anyone using them.

The guys got a flat tire on the way over which is a total worst case scenario start. But then not only did they get it fixed and do their job with kindness and professionalism, they finished with time to spare even after starting late. Such good people, would hire them again in a heartbeat!
