These men were incredibly nice, but I wish they had access to items like Allen wrenches. Me trying to track one down to break down and remove the bed took an hour out of the time. The third helper (which wasn’t expected, but initially appreciated), didn’t seem like he even wanted to be there and barely would acknowledge me. He also was rough with dismantling my bed. I found wood splintered in my platform slats and when he initially was trying to remove them he just threw them on the ground and I had to tell him to please be careful - it’s my bed. The fact they were booked for a job at 4pm and we were an hour behind caused them to rush and items began to be placed in my new home haphazardly (small refrigerator in my bedroom?) and they didn’t put my bed back together. I had to sleep on the couch because the way things were left in my room left no way to maneuver the bed. Caused damage to my front window. I have made a claim. Shame. They were so nice and friendly and on time.
