They contacted me in advance to check the location and time, and arrived on time on the day of moving. They faithfully carried out their professional practice on the request. They were kind to me and responded quickly whenever I needed help.

I am really disappointed with this service. One of the movers showed up an hour and 45 minutes late. Levon was great and was such a big help. I am really upset because I hired 2 movers to be there at 1 30 pm, and the second didn’t show up until 3 15 pm, when we had finished loading the truck. My father had to help Levon with loading the truck, which I wanted to avoid by hiring the movers. My father did injure his hand while moving, which really frustrates me because if the second mover had been there, like I had booked and paid for, this could have been avoided.
