Direct Service Pros

This company was very unprofessional from the start . The man that ran the company is very rude and his partner tried to do her best but the man just ran all over her . The man was yelling at someone the whole Time he was loading my uboxes . He did not care if boxes said fragile . Ex. He put two book boxes on top Of a computer that was marked fragile must be top box. He also mishandled other boxes markers fragile . Luckily I was a great packer or other wise I would have had a lot of broken stuff . I would not recommend these movers at all . I did have broken stuff on the other end but luckily it was nothing really fighting to get replaced . But this help is not good .

They did a fantastic job and I have no complaints. Worked efficiently and carefully to get my belonging loaded in a secure way. Definitely recommend them and would use them again!

They were efficient and got everything in the ubox. I felt that communication was sufficient but could have maybe been better. This is my first time using a moving company so perhaps I should have known certain things about how to prepare furniture and things. There was a ding on my dresser but they tried to move it with items in the drawers. I was told once they got here they don't usually do that. So it may have been the fault of both parties. They got the job done fast.

I can’t recommend Direct Service Pros enough! We had our original appointment rescheduled because U-Haul didn’t have our Uboxes that we reserved and these movers didn’t hesitate to help us move the day after our appointment. They sent two people who were very professional and helpful. They had our two bedroom apartment moved out and loaded in less than two hours. Would definitely use this team again!!
