Everest is a moron. I told him U-Haul had not delivered my UBox on time so he could tell the crew don’t come or turn around. I get no response from him. Over an hour later he texts me saying the crew relayed to him there is nothing to unload. He then says you cannot cancel the crew when they’re already on the way like telling them to turn around so they don’t waste their time isn’t an option. He then asks for the payment code saying they can’t cancel the order without it. Meanwhile we both know he just wants his money. Which I was ok with. The crew did have their time wasted. It was Everest’s fault for not telling them as I give him over an hour notice. Learn how to communicate or get out of customer service. You suck
