Brandon and Ismael did an amazing job with moving our heavy furniture + boxes from a 2nd story apartment to our U-HAUL. They also helped with unloading into our new home. We were moving from San Marcos CA to New Jersey and we booked 20ft Uhaul to self drive cross country. To load out 2 bed condo, we hired Luna Moves You. With our busy schedule, I appreciate them calling to confirm loading time and day. Movers were sharp on time. They immediately got onto work. They arranged all delicates and heavy boxes as we imagined and kudos to their experience, not even a single piece moved in this 3000 mile long journey. Juan and Christian helped me with my move and they showed up on time and packed my uhaul with ease. We werent sure if all of my items would fit, but they were great at communicating and were able to puzzle all of my items together and I didnt end up having to trash any furniture. The only thing I would change is they only tied down my fridge even though I asked them to make sure to tie down large items as they went and I made sure to provide plenty of rope and tie downs for them. They did know that I was taking the uhaul on a long trip (900 miles) and I wanted everything to be very secure. Because nothing was really tied down, many items had shifted by the time I reached my destination and a few items had some damage to them. So not having my items tied down when I specifically asked for that was a little disappointing but overall it was a good experience.
