They were perfect! I ordered their services to help to load and unload with the bigger items in our move. They were both great and were able to get what we needed help with done. I do suggest to give an extra hour or two to your reservation for load and unload just to take into account the time to get from point A to point B. Too much help is better than no help. Do not go based off of what Uhaul suggests.

I am really disappointed with this service. One of the movers showed up an hour and 45 minutes late. Levon was great and was such a big help. I am really upset because I hired 2 movers to be there at 1 30 pm, and the second didn’t show up until 3 15 pm, when we had finished loading the truck. My father had to help Levon with loading the truck, which I wanted to avoid by hiring the movers. My father did injure his hand while moving, which really frustrates me because if the second mover had been there, like I had booked and paid for, this could have been avoided.
