They were 3 hours late and unresponsive when trying to determine their ETA. Only one guy showed up. They didn't handle my items with care and upon arrival almost every item packed had some sort of damage.

Both movers did a fantastic job of fitting our belongings into the 2 U Box's we reserved. Some of my items were quite heavy and a tight squeeze in the elevator. I appreciate the optimistic attitude despite the difficulty of some of my items. I was expecting the movers to arrive earlier in the day but despite being a bit late, they still managed to get the move done quickly by the end of the day.
