This was a nightmare booking with shady owner. Communication started great and they were very prompt but eventually faded to only enjoy responses and than not even responding. There were issues getting a good meet up time thanks to LA traffic, but we finally got something figured out. However, I eventually had to message them to ask if they were coming or if I needed to find someone else. They then called me to say they had arrived and were trying to find us. 30 minutes later they found the only Uhaul at the apartment complex. The two workers were completely unprepared. They didn’t seem to know they were helping us and kept asking in Spanish we move boxes. They didn’t speak much English and I don’t speak much Spanish, so we struggled but made it work. What should have been a 3 hour job ended up being almost 5 hours. The contact persona than wanted me to pay 20 more than the UHaul rate for the extra time and would only take Venmo or cash for payment. Never again. Do NOT recommend.

DONT BOOK!! Very bad! I couldn’t communicate with the two men,not one word in English was said. They DAMAGED my furniture brand new couches and Samsung fridge!!very expensive furniture!I bought was completely ruined. They were not prepared to move furniture involving a second floor. The dent on my Samsung fridge goes from one end to the other all the ways across the doors. I had to helped them carry my own fridge up the stairs. One guy even got inside my U-Haul. I understood little Spanish but I couldn’t speak it myself. Very unprofessional, he should’ve went with his coworker in their own vehicle. Also, reserved through the Uhual website, the owner who #on file, tells me that his two workers live in LA, that I have to pay them gas money or they won’t come.Additionally, the guy ran over 10mins behind schedule coming to my new home to unload my uhual, bc he was lost!!!! Yet the owner Frm this company tells me to pay them 1hr extra $60, past 45mins wrk they did.paid $85xtra Zelle them!
