I had a great experience! They accommodated my moving time and looked out for me at the U-Haul center when there was a mixup with my box, they were on top of it and fixed the situation. They got to me quickly and moved everything in so fast and carefully, I can’t say enough good things.

The movers were great but UHaul was not. It was not made clear when I booked that I needed to rent and drive the truck and that they were only the labor. The guys were very nice and apologetic, but U-Haul has not acknowledged the issue at all.
