Amazing customer service from start to finish! We decided last min that we would need additional help unloading our truck. From the time we made the request to the time they arrived, 90 min! Allstar Moves offered some after-the-fact scheduling flexibility, where it could. Scott also came up with a few spare boxes, last minute, when I needed to separate some furniture from its contents. I'm actually really grateful for their caring attitude on the second day, when I was not doing physically well and couldn't participate much. These qualities are types that you may not think to consider when evaluating a moving company, but can definitely hurt you if they are lacking. Allstar Moves is good people in my book, and I wish them lots of success.
