John's and Jose's work for us today was beyond awesome! When I did the online order for mover assistance, John called within 1 minute. We covered the scope of work needed, as well as to what the state of the furniture was going to be in. Though coming from some distance away, John and Jose arrived right on time. They were very cordial and knowledgeable. After a quick orientation to our cargo trailer and condo that was going to be emptied, they jumped right to work. Their work was very efficient! Though us being a second story condo, they moved the furniture and boxes with speed. In addition to carrying our moving furnishings, they also added stretch wrap to any of our items that needed it. They also loaded the items in our cargo trailer in a way that would be expected of the professional moving team they are. Though I reserved them for 4 hours, they were completed in 2 hours. They made our move awesome; and I would really enjoy working with them again.

Heroic Movers exceeded every expectation. After my original movers canceled last minute, I booked Heroic at 10pm the night before my move. By 5am, I had a confirmation, and by 9am, John and his team were ready to go. I had forgotten to reserve a U-Haul, but John immediately stepped in to help. He guided me through securing a truck, drove it himself, and expertly packed and moved everything with his teammate. What could have been a disaster turned into a smooth, efficient, and stress-free move thanks to their professionalism, speed, and kindness. John was calm, capable, and clearly experienced. He made me feel completely taken care of during a chaotic time. The communication was excellent, the service was outstanding, and I truly cannot recommend Heroic Movers enough. When I move again, I will absolutely call them. Huge thanks to John and the team for turning my stressful day into a total success.

Truly the most professional and reasonable movers I’ve ever worked with. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They loaded our U-box units from top to bottom and saved us a ton of money by helping us fit into 3 instead of 4 boxes. I know this sounds like a fake review and it’s hard to know what to think of reviews on this platform, but just give these guys a chance and you’ll see for yourself. They’re real people who run a real business and know what they’re doing.
