They were fast, careful, and friendly. They did not need a lot of direction but also balanced taking initiative with communicating with me and asking about my preferences and needs. They went above and beyond and even helped wrap a few items I did not think to wrap to keep them protected. They made my move more seamless and less stressful and because they were training someone that day I even got extra help.
