DO NOT USE!! Not only did they show up 2.5 hours late on my moving day, one of the workers dropped by mattress onto my desk while moving and broke my computer monitor. They've ignored my calls for the past two weeks while sending me short text messages saying they're working on it. Bo finally contacted me yesterday and tried to replace the monitor with a used version that had a scratch on the screen. When I declined and told them I was filing a complaint, they finally called me back, yelling at me over the phone and sending me text messages calling me racist and threatening to file a claim against me for 'slander and tort and harassment'. I have NEVER experienced such an unprofessional service in my life. The fact that the company was expecting the employee to replace the monitor with his own money is ridiculous and shows what an awful company this truly is. I hope this review prevents other people from being scammed the way I was.

Getting in touch with the company was difficult. I had to have U-Haul intervene but eventually my calls were returned. They worked with me on changing my date, and they worked hard. That said, they were rushed and not too careful with my things. They lifted a large leather bag full of books by one handle instead of supporting it and it snapped off. They did not ask me where to put anything but just dumped things off and hurried for the next round. It's hard work and I couldn't have done this myself, and they were cheap, so I would rate them as fair.

Bo and Richard worked hard to complete the job in six hours, and they did it well. I will recommend them to family and friends. 4 stars because they waited until beyond the last moment to contact us to let us know the move was on! Until that moment we’d only received a text confirming our request, though no confirmation. 4 stars because they were an hour late. Overall a very good move.
