Efficient Movers

We scheduled movers to help us with our load & unload as we downsized from two storage units into one. We had used Efficient Movers when we originally filled the two storage units and loved their work and organizational and spatial skills, so decided to book them again. There must have been a glitch & someone booked at the exact same time. Unfortunately, this meant we did not get our same two people as last time, but Efficient Movers were flexible and were able to send two other men rather than cancel. Roy and Jason were very friendly and professional, but did seem to struggle a little with their spacial reasoning. Our new storage unit was in a different facility so we needed to pack everything into a uhaul and they didn't fill enough of the truck in the back so they ended up climbing over my sofa & things in order to get more stuff back there later on. Luckily my things were stretch-wrapped for protection, but this still could have been avoided with strategic planning. Overall, good!
