The guys were polite, followed instructions well, and worked quickly. They handled my belongings with care and did excellent work.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! One of the movers showed up 1 HOUR LATE. Maybe did one or two runs, maxed worked 10 min. They were overall careless about the furniture. The dinning table is gone. I called the owner, shared bank info but got no refund neither for the service I simply did not get and the furniture they damaged. I hired this company simply because I trusted Uhaul and Uhaul does not take any responsibility. You are on your own. We ended up doing the move ourselves and paid full price to this company. Shame.

One of the hired movers was an hour late ( for a 2-hour job). The mover that was on time worked alone the first hour loading the truck. The communication was not great prior to the move. I had to initiate confirmation, etc. The movers got the job done and were polite. Did not charge me the 30 minutes extra due to circumstance of late worker, appreciated that.

It would have been helpful for the company to give me an update on the expected ETA since both of my movers were running late, but they got the job done and we're pretty professional about it.
