movers arrived on time but they did not really do anything to protect our furniture. they lifted carefully and efficiently which is good but the last time i booked a moving help, they wrapped my dressers and console tables to protect them. not sure if thats part of the help they should be providing but that was not part of it. other than that, they were very nice and was able to move everything which is the important part.
