I called a couple of days ahead to confirm my move time and they informed me that we were the only move they had scheduled for that day and they would be there at the time I booked. The day of the move 45 minutes passed our scheduled time and they had not tried to make contact with me to tell me they were going to be late or that something came up, I called them and they stated they had an emergency come up and they would be there within 50 minutes. They ended up showing up two and a half hours after our scheduled time. We paid full price, tipped our movers, and also gave them a ton of free items, to then only discover that they stole a gun case from us with a gun, $500 cash, and our passports in it. I would not recommend using this company at all.
