Terrible service by one of the helpers. I originally reserved from 5pm, and due to an unforeseen situation, the second helper did not show up. Scott informed me of this situation and sent a backup person. The backup person arrived at 550pm and did not even bother to say hi. He dragged my boxes and did not seem to care. At one point, he said that he had to leave when there was one and a half hours left out of three hours. I have never experienced such a careless helper, and I do not think that person should be a helper.

They did a good job Jose helped a lot. One guy was late but Scott send anther guy in his place. They both showed up at the same time half hour late so we ended haveing three people to move. I would use them again. Life happens.

Professional and communicative leading up to move time. Attentive in wrapping furniture for upstairs apartment move, and placed furniture. Very helpful and pleasant, def recommend. Tipped cash at end of move.
