I received communication prior to the moving day, keeping me informed. They also reached out the morning of to confirm my address and the anticipated arrival time. They were on time and very friendly. Despite the apartment being up two flights of stairs and a tight hard turn at the bottom, the team worked quickly and was very efficient. I was VERY pleased with their speed, checking in, making sure everything was going as planned. I highly recommend them and will use them again if the opportunity presents. I originally booked with another company, but switched when my apartment asked for the mover’s proof of insurance. I am so glad I did. Shawnee was super helpful. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond every time I needed to ask something. The guys arrived on time. They were careful with our things and worked quickly. They’re were friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to book them again.
