The men you came were all around 19 years old. One had to leave due to a family emergency which slowed down the move significantly. I noted the 2 remaining young men took their time in removing furniture from my house. Each time they carried out a piece they did not return to the house in a timely manner. That is not just my opinion. My friend, who came over a little after 1pm, also noticed it was taking them way too long to come back to the house. I saw them on their phones and noticed they brought cigarettes, so I'm sure they were taking breaks after each piece was placed in the truck. I suspect they slowed their work down in order to charge me more money. The young man who had to leave early placed my antique dining chairs in such a way that 2 of the chairs made contact with the street. When I saw my chairs in that position I walked out there to look at the tops of the 2 chairs. Both of them were scratched from the street. I am making a claim. Other pieces of furniture were damaged
