Unfortunately this was a bad experience. The Movers seemed like nice guys, but unfortunately their quality of actually moving things was not. I don't feel like they handled my items with care at all. They seemed very rushed and by being rushed they were stacking stuff on top of each other without consideration of scratching stuff. They were wrapping anything and I had plenty of blankets. I had to tell them to wrap things. I had to tell them multiple times to be careful. As a result of the way they were moving things, my 6 month old expensive King mattress has a major tear about a foot long. My refrigerator is scratched in multiple places, clothes dryer the front has scratches. I haven't had the chance to check everything else. I am crossing my fingers. Like I said, the guys seemed like nice guys, but they just didn't handle the items with care, which resulted in damaged items.

Daniel arrived on time, Brian was 45 minutes late, which meant my son unloaded the truck for 45 minutes with Daniel. Not good. Daniel was great and communicative, not so much with Brian, he never said a word to me.
