The movers were exceptional; professional, they went above and beyond, worked very hard and were very careful with all the household items. The were very sharp and great at their job. They packed the truck so carefully and tight they got our entire house hold which we did not expect. I rate them A Plus, Way above average in ALL Categories. We will be recommending them to everyone we know. They are very hard working, a joy to be around and they are the best workers we have ever had. We really appreciated them, they are extremely good at their job and they are very smart and know exactly how to care for delicate items and get heavy items loaded and strapped down. We scheduled Master Mind move for an afternoon time slot, and they were great at communicating that they would be running late. They arrived an hour late after we had done most of the unpacking and did a great job moving some big items that we couldn’t get on our own. They only stayed for 30 minutes, and since we had paid for 3 hours, they were kind enough to refund us for an hour of the service. In the future I will probably book for a morning time slot to make sure they are on time and I can utilize their services. Also, I wish U haul had a little more control over the refund situation. Overall, I would definitely use these guys again! Very professional and helpful. Thank you!
