Nightmare move. I understand that their regular guy bailed on this job but the overall service was terrible. Personable movers but uber slow with many damaged items. I was expecting to do two runs and be at my new home by 9 but ended up making one run and home at 1am and having to drop off my u haul way after hours. The boss (Will) had the audacity to call me and expect me to pay for an extra hour of work.
