So thankful for the Master Mind Move team. The communication immediately after scheduling, to confirming schedule time day before, to updating on crew’s arrival time was incredibly helpful. Then the crew on-site handled everything with such expertise and ease, I didn’t have to worry about anything. I had a mix of boxes and bags and had to go up flight of stairs, and these guys were so respectful with great attitudes, truly so thankful for their help. They also provided Dollie’s and moving blankets! They communicated timing expectation in case we were to go over, but we still finished by the reservation time. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Chris and Hezahkiah were professional and engaging when they first arrived. Both took quick inventory and reassured me the could make it all work. Not only could they but they went above and beyond to fit more than I thought possible. They were gently with my things and patient with my mom who likes to be in the thick of it. Chris was literally doing Tetris furniture math out loud I loved the process. In terms of communication I think was totally satisfied from beginning to end. Thank you so much!! And I appreciated the well wishes for my move on the way out. Amazing!
