Reliable Relocators

Reliable relocators sent 2 movers. I told them when they were loading that I wanted my big TV and my mirrors packed between the back of the sofa and the mattress. They did not pack it this way, instead they put my TV up against the wall of the U-Haul and broke the tv. Reliable relocators now says that in order for them to reimburse me for the TV I have to have the receipt. Of course I don't have the receipt! Even called Target to try to get it. No such luck. Nice way to get out of reimbursing for broken items when you send movers out to do a job. I would give a ZERO star to this company if I could. They left stuff laying in the driveway that I had to come out and tell them it needed to go into the truck. One of the guys told me it wasn't his regular job he was just looking for extra work and took it. Didn't seem to know how to load the truck or how to tie the walls of boxes up so they wouldn't fall over. I don't recommend this company.

Steven and Sammie were amazing and professional. They got the job done in 3 hours and we were amazed. We will be using these individuals again! Jeff was reliable and followed through with everything he said. He communicated with me the whole time all the way through the process and even though I had to change my arrival time twice, Jeff was cool and collected the whole time ensuring everything was as I was told it would be. The owner was great to work with in the beginning. The actual movers were disrespectful, rude, then tried to fake it. They even barked at each other. I was completely honest at the amount of stuff to move from a uhaul to 2 huge storage units so it was not a surprise job. They were so careless with our stuff and didn't listen when we said and pointed out fragile items. They packed heavy things on top of clearly marked fragile items and when left the unit looked like they threw items in. Broken bags and spilled contents and didn't say a word. Piled a 65in TV the moving blanket was no longer on, balancing on couch and then placed another tv and a cart on the screen and of course TV is broken. Owner won't respond or make it right. He offered that night to come and reorganize the units for free when I sent pics right after but the damage was already done and I no longer wanted them to touch my stuff. Don't hire them!!

AMAZING!!!!! They were very helpful with our move and we knew we were in good hands. They chatted with our kids while they worked. They went above and beyond what they were hired to do. They even texted us to make sure we made it! Amazing team! Lovedddd dealing with them & would recommend them!

Jeff and Cy were exceptional. They communicated well, worked hard, were friendly and professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. After unloading our moving truck at our new house, Jeff even went to our storage unit with us to unload an additional few appliances which was an enormous help.
